By participating in the NPAV Partner Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• NPAV reserves full rights to modify, update, or cancel any activation points, benefits, or redemption policies at any time without prior notice.
• The company may change or discontinue any purchase or activation schemes, offers, or promotions at its discretion.
• NPAV may decide the form and mode of point redemption (e.g., NPAV Promo, Dealer revolution key) and can revise it anytime.
• Reward points have limited validity and will expire automatically if not redeemed within the specified period.
• Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or manipulation of activation data may lead to suspension of benefits or termination of partnership.
• Activation points and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically permitted.
• Partners must ensure accurate activation entries and comply with NPAV's sales and brand policies.
• NPAV is not responsible for any delays or losses due to technical issues or server downtime.
• The company's decision on all matters related to activation, rewards, and offers will be final and binding.
